Perfil Del Turista Británico En El Hotel Meliá Cayo Guillermo, Destino Turístico Jardines Del Rey, Cuba

Abstract

Conocer la demanda se ha convertido en la actualidad en uno de los imperativos de la industria turística. Para el estudio de sus características, es importante analizar las variables internas y externas que describen el comportamiento del consumidor. La necesidad de atraer y mantener un flujo constante de visitantes, invita a hoteleros e investigadores a conocer las características, preferencias, etc. de los turistas de los principales mercados emisores. En Cuba, específicamente en el destino turístico Jardines del Rey, existen varios estudios de mercado e instrumentos que describen indicadores, en ocasiones, muy generales de satisfacción al cliente; por tal razón, este estudio se enfoca en determinar el perfil específico del turista británico en el Hotel Sol Cayo Guillermo. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo anterior se emplean varios métodos científicos como la observación, la encuesta, la entrevista y la medición.
