Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una propuesta de procedimiento para el diseño de excursiones, con un enfoque orientado hacia la satisfacción del cliente y al logro de la excelencia. Para este fin se hizo una valoración de bibliografía relacionada con esta temática y se elaboró un procedimiento para el diseño de nuevos productos de excursión. En el proceso investigativo se utilizaron técnicas modernas y eficaces como el Curvaexpert 1.3, el paquete de programas SPSS 11.5 para Windows y el Software Decisiones.
