Abstract

Este artículo muestra los resultados de la aplicación de un procedimiento teórico para el estudio diagnóstico de la implementación de un programa llamado Alma & Magia dirigido a la satisfacción de los clientes sobre la base del marketing sensorial. El procedimiento está estructurado en diferentes etapas y refiere la aplicación de métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos que permiten formular oportunidades de mejora para elevar la calidad del servicio hotelero.
