Hospitalidad: De Tabú A Mercancía

Abstract

La datación del chispazo es algo que se me escapa, espero que tanto a mí como a cualquier otro que se disponga a hacerlo; aunque no descarto que la moderna investigación antropológica haya sido ya capaz de ofrecer pistas o incluso certezas, que yo, de momento, desconozco. Si así fuera agradecería encarecidamente que se me aporten los datos si existen. Entre tanto, me permito apuntar la posibilidad de que el enigmático chispazo, el que permitió a la nueva especie empezar a sustituir la hostilidad heredada y natural por la hospitalidad culturalmente establecida fuera, si no estrictamente sincrónico, si muy próximo al significativo paso de la endogamia a la exogamia. Barrunto, pues, que ambos procesos pudieron haber tenido lugar muy cercanos entre sí en el tiempo.
