Abstract

Este trabalho visa estudar o que é sustentabilidade ambiental, sua aplicação no setor hoteleiro e a partir da utilização deste conceito, analisar a política de sustentabilidade do Grand Hyatt SP e a abrangência do comitê criado em 2008 no Grand Hyatt São Paulo para cuidar dos impactos ambientais gerados por sua atividade.
