La Cultura De Los Vinos En El Turismo

Abstract

Se contemplan algunas observaciones de experiencias vividas en la practica de la difusión de la cultura de los vinos a través de la capacitación en diversos sectores de población y prestadores de servicios turísticos. Los datos recopilados forman parte de un trabajo de tesis a nivel de especialidad orientada hacia el análisis del consumo de vinos en comparación con otras bebidas alcohólicas y las posibilidades de difundir el consumo de vinos en sustitución de otros alcoholes a manera de mejora de la salud de los consumidores. También se considera un estudio sobre el perfil de los consumidores de vino mediante una muestra realizada en el país Chileno.
