Abstract

En la presente investigación se planteó el objetivo de evaluar la viabilidad de incrementar el mercado ruso en el destino Holguín, a partir de realizar investigaciones para elaborar, primeramente, el perfil general de los turistas rusos que realizan viajes de larga distancia, luego determinar los atributos y potencialidades del destino Holguín, y posteriormente evaluar la correspondencia entre las preferencias de los turistas rusos que realizan viajes turísticos de larga distancia y las potencialidades del destino Holguín de satisfacer los intereses de ese segmento de mercado.
