Un Sistema Experto Para Asistir Decisiones Turísticas. Diseño De Un Prototipo Basado En Web

Abstract

El estudio del comportamiento del consumidor del turismo es una actividad compleja en el cual intervienen numerosas variables. Los sistemas expertos actúan como asistentes y auxiliares complejos de gran utilidad, brindando ayuda efectiva en aquellos trabajos que requieren responsabilidad, competencia e intuición. Se presenta un prototipo de Sistema Experto, basado en plataforma Web, para asistir a los potenciales turistas en sus decisiones. El sistema recomienda un destino de acuerdo a las preferencias de los consumidores. El trabajo se compone de cuatro secciones. En la sección primera se introduce el objeto de estudio del trabajo. En la segunda sección, se describe la metodología abordada para el desarrollo del trabajo. En la tercera se mencionan los resultados obtenidos. Finalmente, se exponen algunas conclusiones y futuras líneas de trabajo.
