Conozca Santiago De Cuba A Través De Su Cultura

Abstract

El paisaje cultural en Santiago de Cuba es una de las fortalezas más valiosas para el turismo. El papel de la cultura para identificar, diferenciar y potenciar los productos turísticos y culturales de esta ciudad, tiene en cuenta la presencia orgánica de la cultura popular y tradicional, sin las cuales no es posible diseñar una cultura para el turismo, ni desarrollar un turismo exitoso. Para lograr estos objetivos se realizan acciones conjuntas entre las instituciones culturales y la Agencia de viajes ¨Paradiso¨ en Santiago de Cuba, promotora cultural para el turismo internacional en la sucursal Artex Santiago; es una de las ciudades con mayor riqueza, si de cultura se trata; donde la fuerte influencia de varias culturas como resultado de los procesos de colonización e emigración en esta parte de Cuba ha traído consigo una mezcla de sabores y ritmos que han trascendido más allá de nuestras fronteras y son fuente de orgullo y desarrollo para los más variados gustos; siendo el objetivo principal de La Agencia Paradiso: promover y difundir los valores culturales auténticos de Santiago de Cuba fundamentalmente sus tradiciones populares, y contribuir a su preservación ante las tendencias mercantilistas a que están sometidos en el mercado internacional.
