La Imagen Como Variable Determinante De La Competitividad Del Comercio Minorista Y Atractivo Del Destino Turístico

Abstract

La mejora y perfeccionamiento de la gestión del sector del comercio minorista de bienes en Cuba es imprescindible con vistas a elevar su capacidad para desempeñarse con mayor eficiencia y eficacia e influir en el crecimiento del nivel y calidad de vida de la población cubana, así como también la imagen en el mismo constituye un atributo o característica que valoran con una elevada puntuación los turistas potenciales o actuales dentro de la imagen global de un destino en general. Partiendo de una amplia base conceptual, sobre el marketing, el Comercio Minorista de Bienes, la imagen y su forma de medición en este sector, este trabajo se centra en establecer un procedimiento que permite medir la imagen del comercio minorista de bienes como un factor clave del éxito dadas las características del mismo en el país. El objeto de estudio, en este caso, serán Puntos de Venta de las Cadenas Tiendas Panamericanas y Tiendas TRD Caribe en Santa Clara y Encrucijada.
