Abstract

En el contexto internacional surgen los estudios prospectivos como un campo de conocimiento para la interrogación sistemática y organizada del devenir ya sea en una institución como en el caso específico de un territorio. Las teorías emitidas a partir de casos concretos de estudios de futuro se han ido constituyendo, progresivamente en el tiempo, como una disciplina académica para analizar el largo plazo.
