La Limpieza Como Una Importante Dimensión De Calidad En La Hotelería

Abstract

Entre una de las 10 dimensiones de calidad más valoradas por los turistas en las instalaciones hoteleras según una investigación realizada en el ámbito de la hotelería está la limpieza, por eso se hará un análisis de esta. La limpieza, según términos médicos “Es la eliminación del material extra o (polvo, tierra, detrito orgánico y otros) de la superficie inerte o viva y que en su efecto de barrido elimina también a los agentes biológicos superficiales. El agua, jabón o detergente y el secado posterior son los elementos básicos del proceso.”
