Metodología Para El Diagnóstico De La Capacitación En El Turismo Sostenible Con Enfoque De Organización Que Aprende

Abstract

La actividad turística ha alcanzado en las últimas décadas un importante lugar en el auge económico de muchos países. El crecimiento de este renglón ha sido en muchos casos en detrimento del entorno natural y sociocultural de los destinos turísticos. Debido al agravamiento de esta situación se hace necesario fomentar el desarrollo turístico sostenible que implica la armonía entre lo económico, social y natural; lo que propiciaría resultados favorables, tales como la elevación del nivel de vida de los miembros de la comunidad; la creación en estos y en los visitantes de una cultura ambiental favorable al cuidado y conservación del patrimonio natural y local; el fomento y promoción de las tradiciones culturales de la localidad, entre otros. En este contexto, se inserta la capacitación de los actores que influyen en el turismo, como una vía para la creación de valores afines a su sostenibilidad, que garantice el desarrollo armonioso de las organizaciones con el entorno donde actúan.
