Abstract

El diagnóstico empresarial trata de identificar el estado así como las causas de los problemas que surgen en las empresas, la gestión comercial en los hoteles es una de las aristas claves en el éxito de las empresas hoteleras y en especial de los pequeños y medianos hoteles, en el caso del Destino Cuba, realizando un las análisis comparativo y crítico de las metodologías que se utilizan actualmente para el desarrollo de diagnósticos no reúne todos los criterios necesarios para diagnosticar la gestión comercial de pequeños y medianos hoteles cubanos. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer el desarrollo de una metodología, para definir las principales oportunidades, amenazas, fortalezas y debilidades para la realización de una valoración de la gestión comercial del hotel en la empresa cubana.
