Percepción De Los Clientes Acerca De La Función De Las Agencias De Viajes. Tendencias Y Estrategias De Las Agencias De Viajes En La Actualidad

Abstract

Pese a la indiscutible importancia de las agencias de viajes en el sector turístico, y su actual situación de fluctuación, existe una manifiesta escasez de investigación al respecto en la literatura, destacando especialmente la falta de estudios dirigidos a analizar el escenario actual y futuro de las agencias y posibles actuaciones a acometer. El presente trabajo realiza análisis exhaustivo de los más recientes estudios realizados al respecto para indagar acerca de la percepción del cliente y posteriormente revelar algunas de las tendencias futuras que pueden acontecer en el sector. Finalmente, el trabajo muestra una serie de estrategias a desarrollar por las agencias de viajes en particular y líneas de investigación de utilidad para el sector turístico en general.
