Acontecer Del Turismo De Cruceros En Cuba Y Sus Potencialidades Para El Mercado Norteamericano

Abstract

El turismo de crucero es la modalidad turística de más rápido crecimiento en el mercado de viajes de placer. Históricamente, el Caribe ha estado posicionado entre los destinos de preferencia para los cruceros. Cuba, presenta condiciones objetivas favorables para el desarrollo de esta modalidad. Desde sus inicios en la modalidad hasta la actualidad, y a pesar de los desafíos que ha tenido que enfrentar, el archipiélago cubano ha sido beneficiado con el crucerismo. El desarrollo del crucerismo en el país esta limitado por regulaciones y leyes del Gobierno de los Estados Unidos. De existir cambios en dichas restricciones, se lograrán altos beneficios para ambos países y la modalidad en general.
