Área De Competitividad: Turismo De Salud Internacional Entre México Y Estados Unidos De América

Abstract

Con tecnología de vanguardia en el campo de la medicina en Estados Unidos, 46 millones de sus habitantes viven con el temor de enfermarse, por no tener cobertura médica, por problemas económicos o laborales. Mientras sus candidatos a Presidente George Bush en sus campañas del 2004, exgobernador del estado de Texas. En Texas 23.77% de su población, se encuentran sin seguro medico. La raza hispana perfilan por ser mayoría en este estado, es la población con mayores problemas de salud en comparación a la negra y la anglosajona, sus padecimientos son graves, las consecuencias de no atenderlas a tiempo y seguimiento, podrían causar la muerte. Países turísticos comienzan ha comercializar entre los Norteamericanos sus ventajas, ofreciéndoles paquetes vacacionales y servicios médicos no disponibles en este país. Consideramos estos servicios como una demanda futura para Tamaulipas, brindando un servicio de TURISMO DE SALUD MEDICO formando CLUSTER PROFESIONAL.
