Abstract

Entorno social y laboral, que influye de forma decisiva, mediante el nivel de estabilidad y bienestar de los grupos sociales, puesto que las tensiones (sindicales, políticas y culturales) pueden alterar las expectativas de la empresa turística y el alcance de sus objetivos. Ø Entorno político, que a través del régimen económico que condiciona (liberal, dirigido, mixto, etc.) marcará la estabilidad de los procesos empresariales, las formas de desarrollarse en los mercados, la intervención de los poderes públicos y su actitud para las empresas, los contenidos legales, etc.
