Abstract

O Projeto Cidade Limpa implementado pela cidade de São Paulo pode ser uma ferramenta de impulso para o turismo na cidade, principalmente se for aplicado conforme estabelecido na legislação em vigor. Por isso este trabalho, por intermédio de uma análise descritiva, visa comparar a qualidade desta ação com outra já concluída em uma cidade turística do mundo, Barcelona. Para que assim possa estimular a gestão pública a dar continuidade a este trabalho criando uma cidade mais hospitaleira para a população e para os turistas que a visitam.
