Abstract

“El Clientelismo político y corruptor como cultura de participación asimétrica y legítima” es un producto académico en el que sus autores reflexionan sobre temáticas relativas a la conformación y ejercicio del poder político mediatizado por prácticas clientelares de gran arraigo en la cultura ciudadana y su estrecha vinculación con la problemática de la corrupción política y administrativa en Colombia. El objetivo general que se persigue en el artículo es contextualizar las actuales prácticas clientelares y corruptas que se presentan en el marco de las relaciones Estado – sociedad - mercado en Colombia, comprendiendo que su origen y legitimación social están arraigados en prácticas políticas y sociales con antecedentes en la época colonial y desde los inicios de la república.
