Abstract

Después de haber analizado el comportamiento del consumidor al momento de comprar un vehículo desde la perspectiva teórica, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional en la primera parte de esta investigación, en esta segunda parte se revisan los datos que fueron proporcionados por la agencia que se utiliza para este caso de estudio, aquí se muestra la metodología aplicada en esta investigación, así como la técnica de recolección de datos que se manejó, además se detalla el programa Statistical Product and Service Solutions el cual fue utilizado para el análisis de los datos presentados.
