Abstract

El escrito expresa la necesidad de revisar la legislación así como la de encontrar un estado de derecho más sustentable en México. Mediante el ejemplo de una mina, se muestra el conflicto surgido al enfrentar los intereses capitalistas contra los derechos de las poblaciones. Se revisa un documento oficial y se expone su importancia.
