Abstract

Este trabajo incluye un análisis de los fundamentos teóricos para la Gestión del Conocimiento en el contexto agrícola. En él se explica la necesidad de utilizar las competencias existentes en las organizaciones agropecuarias para la aplicación eficiente de la tecnología en las condiciones de la región. Se hace hincapié en la importancia de orientar los esfuerzos para hacer un uso más eficaz del capital intelectual. Utilizando las definiciones analizadas se obtuvieron como componentes esenciales: el sistema estratégico, el contexto organizacional, el capital disponible intelectual, los procesos de creación y el crecimiento del aprendizaje organizacional y el conocimiento y la cultura organizacional, y la lógica de la acción transformadora.
