Verano De La Ciencia En La Coara, Estudio Comparativo De Los Años 2011 Y 2012: Un Verano Inolvidable

Abstract

Cada verano, la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP) recibe estudiantes de diferentes estados o países y de la propia Universidad para trabajar en el programa del Verano de la Ciencia. Los estudiantes son de diferentes formaciones profesionales, y los profesores e investigadores de la UASLP proveen su experiencia, entrenamiento, ideas y energía necesarios de tal forma que los estudiantes se puedan incorporar a actividades científicas o sociales. Los resultados que el desarrollo de la ciencia genera en todos los niveles son sorprendentes, especialmente contribuyen sustancialmente en la formación de los jóvenes estudiantes, de tal forma que desde hace 18 años la UASLP ha promovido el Verano de la Ciencia. En la Coordinación Académica Región Altiplano (COARA) de la UASLP se ha incrementado el número de estudiantes que participa en dicho programa. En este estudio mostramos los resultados del progreso de los años 2011 al 2012. Los resultados de las encuestas aplicadas basadas en la escala tipo Likert muestran una valoración de excelencia en el interés de la investigación de los estudiantes del 50% en el año 2011 y para el año 2012 se incrementó al 84.2%.
