Desarrollo De Software Basado En Modelos Para Redes Inalámbricas De Sensores

Abstract

Hoy día, las redes de sensores inalámbricas (WSN) se consideran un potente campo de investigación gracias a las disímiles áreas donde pueden ser empleadas por el hombre. Varias son las propuestas de desarrollo de aplicaciones para este tipo de redes, que encontramos en la literatura, pero la mayoría se basan en cuestiones de aplicación y plataforma de destino y no en una metodología de ingeniería de software que apoye el desarrollo del ciclo de vida y específicamente el modelado del consumo de energía en las WSN. La Ingeniería dirigida por modelos (MDE, por sus siglas en inglés) es una metodología fabulosa para lograr que los diseñadores eleven el nivel de abstracción, realizando luego transformaciones que sean capaz de llevar los modelos abstractos en otros más concretos. En este artículo se analizan los distintos trabajos realizados en cuanto a modelado de energía y se proponen las líneas futuras de trabajo en este ámbito.
