Identificacion De La Flora Vaginal En Diabéticas Embarazadas Que Cursan Con Vulvovaginitis

Abstract

Las infecciones vaginales pueden presentarse en cualquier etapa de la vida de la mujer y se ubican dentro de las primeras 20 causas de enfermedad más frecuentes. De los procesos infecciosos que ocurren en el tracto genital femenino, la vulvovaginitis es la más común y puede tener origen bacteriano, parasitario, viral o fúngico. En este estudio se identifico la flora microbiana en las diabéticas gestacionales con vulvovaginitis, a través de pruebas microbiológicas. Se encontró a C. albicans y a C. albicans asociada con C. glabrata como los agentes causales aislados con mayor frecuencia para la vulvovaginitis en pacientes diabéticas gestantes.
