Abstract

Las empresas familiares presenta información relacionada con la evolución de este modelo de organización, haciendo hincapié, en las grandes empresas que son de gran renombre y que son empresas manejadas por personas que forman parte de una misma familia, resalta la importancia de las empresas familiares en la sustentabilidad económica del mundo, del país, y en particular de la Ciudad de Valles San Luís Potosí, así como el porqué de su corta duración en algunas de ellas. Presenta en su reseña el apoyo de gobierno federal a través de lo enunciado en el Decreto y Acuerdo publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación en el año 2006, que da a conocer los procedimientos para el registro ante la Secretaría de Economía de las empresas familiares.
