Evaluación De Las Dimensiones Del Pat Desde La Perspectiva De Estudiantes De Mecadotecnia De La Uamzm

Abstract

El presente estudio es una investigación cuantitativa que busca evaluar el desempeño y expectativas del Programa de Acción Tutorial (PAT) de la Unidad Académica Multidisciplinaria Zona Media (UAMZM) de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP) dirigido a los alumnos de la Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia. Basado en un modelo que incluye ocho dimensiones: Formación en investigación, Formación profesional, Docencia, Socialización, Entrenamiento, Consejería académica, Patrocinio académico y Apoyo psicosocial. Se busca determinar cuál de ellas requiere mayor atención, por lo que se efectúa una investigación transversal y descriptiva. Se aplicó una encuesta elaborada a partir del "Autodiagnóstico sobre las funciones y actividades que realizan los tutores en educación superior en el marco de la sociedad del conocimiento", propuesto por De la Cruz Flores (2010). Se muestra así la percepción actual del programa por parte de los alumnos y el elevado índice de deseo por mejorar el desempeño de dicho programa. Se muestran gráficas radiales de cada una de las ocho dimensiones para determinar a cuales actividades se debe prestar mayor atención.
