Identificación De Necesidades Para El Diseño De Un Modelo De Tutorías En La Educación Superior

Abstract

En cualquier ámbito, la teoría puesta en práctica y la práctica basada en la teoría se vuelve por ende un quehacer más objetivo y valioso per se. En el presente documento se muestra la propuesta de un Modelo de Tutorías, diseñado para organizar y operacionalizar esta función adyacente del docente universitario con perfil de profesor investigador. La metodología aplicada para el estudio de evidencias se llevó a cabo con enfoque mixto. La participación fue de 673 estudiantes y 72 maestros tutores de la Facultad de Contaduría y Administración (FCA) para la parte cuantitativa, y en la parte cualitativa la apreciación de 16 coordinadores del programa de tutorías a nivel licenciatura de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP). El análisis de resultados permitió conocer las necesidades específicas de los participantes, que sirvieron de base para diseñar, construir y proponer el Modelo de Tutorías en la Educación Superior.
