El Proceso De Preparación Y Superación De Los Cuadros Y Su Dirección

Abstract

La calidad educacional que ofrece una institución educativa se sustenta, ante todo, en las competencias que a través de su funcionamiento exhiban los cuadros y docentes que la representan. La efectividad institucional resultante se traduce en el nuevo valor que se genera con el proceso de preparación y superación, con el objetivo de cumplir las expectativas de la sociedad en su conjunto. En este artículo, se proponen recomendaciones metodológicas para hacer funcionar de manera integrada al sistema de trabajo y puede ser utilizado para dirigir (planificar, organizar, ejecutar y controlar) el proceso de preparación y superación de los cuadros educacionales y sus reservas en aras de lograr una mayor eficiencia y eficacia en la dirección educacional.
