La Gestión De Residuos Sólidos Urbanos. Tres Recursos Metodológicos Para Su Análisis

Abstract

El presente trabajo sugiere tres recursos metodológicos que la Teoría Organizacional (TO) brinda para el análisis de la gestión de residuos sólidos urbanos. En primer lugar, se repasan las posibilidades del enfoque clásico de la organización, integrado por las escuelas de la administración científica, la organicista y la organización burocrática. Posteriormente, se revisan las del enfoque del comportamiento administrativo, constituido por la escuela de las relaciones humanas, la del comportamiento organizacional y la escuela sociológica de la organización. Finalmente, se considera la viabilidad de la perspectiva moderna de la organización, representada por los estudios de la organización desde una perspectiva de la complejidad.
