Aislamiento De Hongos Resistentes A Metales Pesados A Partir De Agua De Diferentes Ríos De La Huasteca Potosina

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo fue el aislamiento y caracterización de hongos contaminantes resistentes a metales pesados a partir de agua de diferentes ríos de la Huasteca Potosina: Coy, Amajac, Tamazunchale, Valles, Tamuín, Bancote, La galera y Santa Rosa, y sembrando alícuotas de 100 µL en AEM, complementado con 200 ppm de diferentes metales pesados. Los hongos, se identificaron por sus características macro y microscópicas en Agar Papa Dextrosa., determinando la resistencia de los mismos por pruebas de resistencia en placa. Se aislaron e identificaron 23 especies de hongos , siendo la más frecuente Alternaria sp (30.4%), seguida de Penicillum sp y Curvularia sp,, y otras especies en porcentajes más bajos. Los hongos identificados presentan diferentes tolerancias a los metales pesados analizados, con diferentes características macro y microscópicas.
