Análisis Cuantitativo de la Opinión Ciudadana de los Servicios Públicos Municipales en el Año 2017

Abstract

Uno de los elementos esenciales de la democracia es la participación ciudadana y la medición cualitativa y cuantitativa de su opinión en diversos temas de interés comunitario. En el municipio de Ciudad Valles, S.L.P. se consultó su opinión a una muestra estadística de 383 ciudadanos representativos proporcionalmente al sexo y a 3 grupos de edad que constituyen la ciudadanía municipal sobre diversos servicios públicos como agua potable, seguridad pública, recolección de basura, alumbrado público y otros. Los resultados nos muestran que la calificación más alta de la encuesta la obtuvo el tema de agua potable con 6.57 en una escala de 0 a 10, seguido por el de recolección de basura con 5.29 y el de alumbrado público con 4.96. La calificación más baja la obtuvo el tema de presidente municipal con 3.55 debido quizá al momento político que vive el país en donde la clase política y los partidos están en un muy bajo nivel de aceptación ciudadana.
