Conocimiento de la Actividad Tutorial en Docentes de una Institución De Educación Superior

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento de la actividad tutorial en docentes de una institución de educación superior. Material y métodos: Estudio Observacional, descriptivo, transversal, prospectivo. Aplicando un instrumento de nombre “Evaluación de las dificultades de la acción tutorial” por la Secretaría General Ejecutiva de la Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación Superior ANUIES de tipo auto administrado a una muestra aleatoria, Analizado por un paquete estadístico SPSS versión 18, aplicando estadística descriptiva y de tendencia central. Resultados: con respecto al centro educativo consideraron que es inadecuado en un 33%, la dimensión del equipo de profesores 33% inadecuado, actitud individual del tutor 36%, referente a la acción tutorial inadecuado 11%.Conclusiones: El programa de tutorías debe mejorar el desempeño de los estudiantes, reflejándose en un incremento de la calidad en la educación, evidencia la imperante necesidad de capacitación con respecto a las funciones y papel como tutores, fomentar la integración de los mismos mediante dinámicas de integración y trabajo en equipo de trabajo (tutores, docentes y personal administrativo del programa).
