Diagnóstico de compromiso organizacional utilizando ecuaciones estructurales

Abstract

Existen diversos métodos para medir el compromiso organizacional que coadyuve a la construcción de una visión común y que a su vez, permita el desarrollo organizacional. Esos métodos requieren de una cuantificación para identificar en la relación entre variables y cuáles son aquellas que más impacto o influencia tienen en el sistema y el modelado estructural de ecuaciones ayuda en este sentido, dando cuantitativamente la influencia entre variables. Este es una investigación de los factores que impactan en el compromiso organizacional en profesores de diversas instituciones de Celaya, Guanajuato, y de Querétaro.
