Compromiso organizacional, género, y su relacion con las utilidades en las empresas

Abstract

Actualmente el sector empresarial atraviesa una importante crisis, lo cual ha impactado entre otras cosas, en el despido de personal de las empresas como una estrategia para mantener la competitividad de las mismas. Ante este panorama, resulta pertinente conocer la situación actual del compromiso organizacional y su relación con el género y las utilidades de la empresa. Los resultados encontrados, permiten mostrar que existe una significativa relación entre el género y las utilidades de la empresa, lo que arroja importante evidencia sobre el rol que ejercen las mujeres sobre el logro de utilidades y elevar y mantener el compromiso en las organizaciones.
