Jóvenes nini´s: la invisibilidad de la marginalidad en el neoliberalismo

Abstract

El presente artículo elabora una propuesta de desmitificación del concepto impuesto de NINI que designa un joven que No estudia, Ni trabaja. Esta revelación se establece al señalar la existencia de procesos de marginalidad, entendida como la exclusión sistemática de la estructura económico-social neoliberal a los niveles de educación y trabajo. Se establecen una serie de argumentos que revelan que la estructura no permite el acceso a niveles de bienestar mayores para los jóvenes en estos rubros. En tanto, el discurso y práctica para con los NINI´s sigue siendo paliativo de una situación que es mucho más compleja.
