Abstract

El presente artículo analiza la emergencia de nuevas ciudadanías derivadas de aquellas personas que han sido despojadas de sus derechos básicos en su país de origen y, por tal motivo, deciden emigrar con el propósito de encontrar otras oportunidades o defender sus garantías individuales. En este proceso, se constituyen prácticas políticas amparadas en dispositivos de legalidad internacional que permiten acceder a la defensa de los derechos humanos, más allá del país de origen y del país de recepción, poniendo en cuestión los límites de la ciudadanía tradicional anclada al territorio.
