La nueva correlación de fuerzas para la gobernabilidad del estado, el mercado y la sociedad

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza las relaciones de la gobernabilidad existentes entre el Estado, el mercado y la sociedad bajo el entorno de los procesos de globalización económica. Primeramente se esbozan algunos de los principales elementos que subyacen en las estructuras de gobernabilidad para posteriormente analizarlas en forma separada. A pesar de las tendencias neoliberales que limitan las funciones y actividades del Estado, su participación sigue siendo fuerte para regular los procesos económicos. Se determina que el equilibrio entre el poder del Estado, el dinero del mercado y las formas de creencias de la sociedad civil, son importantes para que funcione el mercado, es decir, se requiere el balance entre el mercado, el sector privado y el gobierno o el Estado.
