Abstract

El presente es un estudio explorativo, donde partimos de las necesidades prioritarias de un sondeo en las empresas (278) de la región Bajío de Guanajuato, levantado entre los años del 2002 al 2003 y retomado actualmente para su análisis más profundo por la importancia, sentido y magnitud de la información revelada. Con el propósito de identificar las líneas problemáticas generales y proponer una plataforma para la planeación estratégica, sustentada para apoyar y participar en la atención en la solución de las problemáticas detectadas, dado que con el fenómeno de la glo-localización en provincia se aprecia una gran barrera en la competitividad, en la que las se encuentran las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPyMES). Concluye en reflexiones sobre la importancia de generar el papel de la asesoría universitaria en la planeación estratégica en la vinculación e investigación como uno de los elementos que pueden permitir construir la sociedad del conocimiento.
