Abstract

La Comunidad Europea y los Estados miembros participan en el Sistema para la Solución de las Diferencias Comerciales de la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC) sin que exista disposición alguna que regule esta cuestión. Sin lugar a dudas, esta ausencia de normativa convencional o comunitaria permitió a Irene Blázquez Navarro indagar brillantemente acerca de los interrogantes emergentes de tal situación. Y en el camino de la búsqueda y el hallazgo de conocimiento sobre la temática, la profesora Blázquez elaboró una destacada tesis doctoral que mereció la más alta calificación y su posterior publicación.
