O Terrorismo Global E Suas Implicações Na Concepção Estado-Cêntrica Do Realismo Nas Relações Internacionais

Registered author(s):

    El mundo de la posguerra fría no trajo la esperada nueva era de paz mundial. El surgimiento de un nuevo modelo de conflicto, ya no más enmarcado en la noción de guerra protagonizada por los Estados Nación, reflejó un nuevo actor en el escenario mundial: el terrorismo fundamentalista islámico. Ese actor transnacional, de motivación cultural y pretensiones universalistas, que se erigió en la fuerza insurgente para con el desequilibrio del poder mundial, al mismo tiempo que reveló la laguna teórica de su estudio en el plano de las relaciones internacionales, trajo a la luz la necesidad de discusión en cuanto a su capacidad de correr a los Estados-Nación de la condición de protagonistas del orden mundial. El presente trabajo pretende, así, analizar si el surgimiento de este nuevo modelo de terrorismo, llamado global, representa un declinar de las bases teóricas del realismo y su percepción Estado-céntrica del sistema de las relaciones internacionales.
