Innovación y productividad en cadenas de suministro inteligentes en la postpandemia

Abstract

La tendencia postpandemia orienta a MIPYMES a tecnología que impacta el funcionamiento de almacenes en operaciones de cadenas de suministro en México. El incremento del comercio electrónico mexicano ha exigido innovación en procesos logísticos de información gerencial siendo el eje rector del artículo, infiriendo este como un actor aditivo principal en los nuevos escenarios empresariales y al factor humano como creador principal de la ventaja competitiva incrementando valor a procedimientos que direccionen resultados y conduzcan estratégicamente cambios económicos globales y de salud mundial que infieren en la productividad de los negocios en el contexto digital logístico. En el artículo se utiliza una metodología cualitativa de corte descriptivo. Y cuantitativo de corte analítico. Se analiza una muestra representativa de empresas mexicanas utilizando escala Likert. Se examinan las variables de investigación determinando la objetividad que confluye en analizar tecnologías de información gerencial y el impacto de los microchips en la maximización de operaciones y concentración de información de las cadenas de suministro en la mediana y pequeña empresa de México comprendiendo el paradigma actual de postpandemia covid-19. El análisis compara los periodos 2021 y 2022 de actividad comercial en empresas mexicanas realizando una proyección para el 2023 del crecimiento tecnológico que incremente la productividad haciendo la simulación de operaciones del comercio electrónico que impulse el desarrollo en cadenas de suministro de pymes en México para lograr resultados.
