El compromiso docente en el aprendizaje de los alumnos de educación primaria

Abstract

En este artículo se aborda la importancia del compromiso de los docentes con la labor que desempeñan diariamente, así como también las cualidades básicas que debe tener un docente y el rol como agente de cambio que debe desempeñar en su contexto próximo, tomando en cuenta los aportes de Paulo Freire, Henri Giroux y Peter McLaren y la pedagogía critica la cual es necesaria que se retome dentro del sistema educativo de México, ya que esto permitirá a los docentes cumplir con su rol y formar a personas con un pensamiento crítico, analítico y reflexivo necesario para poder generar un cambio en la sociedad actual.
