La Funciã“N Directiva En La Upn Unidad 151 Toluca

Abstract

En el artículo que se presenta se observa a la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional (UPN) Unidad 151 Toluca y sus Sedes Regionales ubicados en Acambay, Ixtlahuaca, Jilotepec y Tejupilco, en donde el objetivo general es reconocer las fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad en el ejercicio de la práctica directiva; éstas se develan a partir de la reflexión de conceptos como gestión, liderazgo, comportamiento organizacional para centrarse en cómo el acompañamiento en sus procesos de comunicación dialógica, interacción y lo cercano desde una intervención intencionada dentro del colectivo docente; en donde se muestra metodológicamente la planeación, ejecución y evaluación a través de un proceso en conjunto; en donde un sistema FODA (Fortalezas, Oportunidades, Debilidades y Amenazas) pueda intervenir y analizar en los diferentes campos de acción que el directivo se desenvuelve y los resultados que se han obtenido durante la administración actual y que por otro lado, permite al nuevo gestor tener los elementos necesarios para encauzar a la Universidad.
