Habilidades Directivas Y Acadã‰Micas De Coordinadores De Programas Educativos Universitarios Basados En Competencia

Abstract

La preparación académica de estudiantes universitarios en Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) con programas académicos basados en Enseñanza basada en Competencias (EBC) se sustenta en una formación integral; en las universidades politécnicas la malla curricular de asignaturas se fortalece en tres ciclos de formación que a su conclusión requieren la realización de prácticas profesionales, además de la realización del servicio social y la participación en actividades deportivas, culturales y de investigación. Para un cumplimiento y una relación satisfactoria entre los estudiantes universitarios y los directivos académicos que deben atender sus funciones académicas y administrativas, se expone la necesidad de investigar los factores que intervienen en las actividades de los coordinadores de programas educativos universitarios basados en competencia y de los colaboradores con funciones específicas como tutoría, vinculación, servicios escolares, tesorería, deportes y cultura. La metodología propuesta se desarrolla considerando un factor de satisfacción con respecto a la atención académica integral requerida por los estudiantes universitarios y la evolución de las habilidades directivas y académicas de los coordinadores educativos; el elemento de medición se justifica con la Teoría de Colas aplicada en los servicios académicos que ofrece en específico la Universidad Politécnica del Mar y la Sierra.
