Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio fue describir la relación que existe entre la confianza en el uso de la banca en línea, la actitud en torno a la ayuda recibida para operar este servicio, el compromiso con el uso de la banca en línea y la satisfacción con el uso de la banca en línea como factores asociados con el uso de la banca en línea. Se utilizó el modelo MABI (Modelo de Adopción de Banca en Línea). El Marco de investigación se basa en el Modelo de Aceptación de Tecnología (TAM) con la Teoría del Comportamiento Planeado (TPB). El alcance fue de tipo exploratorio-descriptivo. La Muestra fue de n= 300.
