Las TIC al servicio de la planificación y control de operaciones en la UEB Ómnibus Holguín

Abstract

La Unidad Estatal Básica Ómnibus Holguín, incorpora tecnologías en función de políticas del país. Sin embargo, su gestión enfrenta dificultades en la revisión, corrección y análisis de los datos. Esta cuestión se ha revertido con el desarrollo de un sistema informático que apoya principalmente la planificación y el control de las operaciones en la institución. El sistema informático construido emplea herramientas libres como el framework Symfony y el gestor de base de datos PostgreSQL, el lenguaje de programación Php y la metodología de desarrollo de software Iconix. En la investigación se aplican los métodos científicos análisis y síntesis, inductivo – deductivo, histórico – lógico, modelación, revisión de documentos, la observación científica y la entrevista. Todo ello permitió atender las necesidades de recopilación, planificación, actualización, entrega y control de la información en la Unidad Básica y su materialización a través del sistema propuesto. El resultado obtenido se valoró con una estrategia de pruebas basado en pruebas de aceptación, garantizando la calidad del producto informático resultante y la mejora de los procesos informatizados.
