Tutoria en el nivel superior, estrategia que permite desarrollar competencias en los estudiantes

Abstract

Como consecuencia de un mundo globalizado se ha observado el retraso en el aspecto econ�mico principalmente en pa�ses subdesarrollados, en donde la educaci�n juega un papel preponderante como alternativa de crecimiento econ�mico. La deserci�n escolar, los altos �ndices de reprobaci�n y el rezago escolar son una manifestaci�n de bajo rendimiento escolar y de desigualdad en el aprendizaje, que reporta que un alumno no cuenta con los elementos y herramientas m�nimas establecidas por una instituci�n, reflejan la falta de motivaci�n de los alumnos para continuar con sus estudios y el no estar aptos para hacer frente a lo que implica un mundo globalizado.
