El neuroliderazgo; recurso neuronal para el management. Una nueva tendencia de dirección organizacional para el desempeño laboral en las organizaciones del siglo XXI

Abstract

Este artículo se desarrolló como parte del proyecto de un investigación concluido y registrado en UAEMÉX, con el objetivo principal de analizar estrategias basadas en el neuromanagement que permitan fortalecer habilidades de liderazgo, potenciando el cerebro ejecutivo de los colaboradores del sector comercial y de servicios, para ello se realizó una descripción conceptual en el que se indagó sobre los aspectos fundamentales del neuromanagement y se evaluaron elementos en función de las estrategias a implementar basadas en el mismo. El estudio se enmarcó en una metodología de naturaleza cuantitativa, documental y de nivel descriptivo. La unidad de estudio fue de 25 colaboradores de una población total de 60 personas; se aplicó un cuestionario de 25 enunciados en una escala de Lickert.
